As a resident association, we do not directly provide landscaping services but work with NYCHA and contractors to address issues like soil compaction and standing water in yards. We help coordinate drainage improvements and soil aeration as part of the ongoing PACT renovation, which includes facility upgrades. Our role is to advocate for timely repairs and keep residents informed about maintenance schedules to ensure outdoor spaces are safe and functional.
