We assess your yard's current slope, then use our equipment to regrade the land, creating a gentle slope that directs water away from your home and into appropriate drainage areas or dry wells, eliminating those soggy, muddy patches.

Trench digging is a key part of installing a subsurface drainage system. For yards with persistent water, grading alone might not be enough. We dig precise trenches to lay perforated pipe (often called French drains) that collect water from saturated soil. The trench is backfilled with gravel, allowing water to seep into the pipe and be carried safely away from your property, solving the root cause of the pooling water.

Our process starts with a site evaluation to identify the water flow problems. Using our excavation equipment, we carefully remove and redistribute soil to establish the correct grade—typically a slope of about 2% away from your foundation. This regrading ensures surface water runs off efficiently. We then compact the soil and can prepare the area for new sod, seed, or other landscaping, giving you a dry, stable, and usable yard.
